Complaints, Inquiries and Suggestions Submission Service (Complaints)
An electronic service provided by the General Directorate of Prisons to the public, enabling users (civilians and military) among the sector's personnel or among citizens to submit complaints, suggestions, or inquiry requests directly to the concerned department, which in turn processes the request as quickly as possible.
- Open the link
- Access the General Directorate of Prisons website
- Select "Electronic Services"
- The Complaints service
- Choose between "New Request" or "Follow Up on a Previous Request"
- When selecting "New Request," enter the required data and the desired request type
- Having a National ID number or a residency (Iqama) number if you wish to submit a complaint, suggestion, or inquiry
- If a contracted contractor wishes to submit a complaint, the following must be attached:
- A copy of the contract between the contracting company and the General Directorate of Prisons
