Our strategic identity

Our role in the system

The National Committee (trahum) plays an integrative national role by strengthening coordination among the entities concerned with the care and empowerment of inmates, released persons and their families. This role focuses on bringing efforts together, clarifying pathways, enabling partnerships and supporting more sustainable solutions that promote stability and positive reintegration.

Why is this role important?

Caring for and empowering inmates, released individuals, and their families requires integration among multiple entities, services, and pathways. The National Committee "trahum" supports this integration to improve the beneficiary experience, reduce fragmentation across services, and strengthen the impact of partnerships.
