In a distinctive initiative reflecting its commitment to early rehabilitation and to enabling inmates to engage positively in society, the National Committee's branch in the Al-Jouf Region delivered a training programme entitled "Methods of Job Searching", in cooperation with the General Directorate of Prisons and the Human Resources Development Fund (HADAF). The programme targeted inmates nearing the end of their sentences, with the aim of equipping them with the skills needed to search for suitable job opportunities after release, strengthening their readiness to enter the labour market and supporting the building of stable and secure career paths.
