The National Committee's branch in the Jazan Region, in cooperation with the General Directorate of Prisons and Tawasul Association, delivered an awareness programme entitled “Be Reassured” for female inmates at Jazan Correctional Facility. The programme focused on psychological and behavioural themes aimed at supporting the psychological stability of female inmates, most notably: the foundations of feeling secure, positive thinking methods, anxiety management techniques, learning from mistakes, and daily practices that promote peace of mind. The programme forms part of the National Committee's efforts to provide psychological and social support and to prepare female inmates for a more stable life after release by raising their self-awareness and strengthening their ability to face challenges.
