The National Committee's branch in the Qassim Region, in cooperation with the General Directorate of Prisons in the Qassim Region, delivered a training programme entitled “Skills for Labour Market Readiness”, with the participation of a number of inmates at Unaizah Governorate Prison. The programme aimed to develop the skills of inmates and provide them with the basic tools that strengthen their readiness to enter the labour market after release. It addressed a number of important themes, such as digital marketing, preparing a CV and succeeding in job interviews, in addition to reinforcing the concepts of determination and resilience. The programme forms part of the National Committee's efforts to enable inmates to make a new start and achieve better opportunities in their professional future.
