The National Committee's branch in the Riyadh Region, in cooperation with the General Directorate of Prisons, held a graduation ceremony for a number of inmates in celebration of their completion of various educational stages, as part of the rehabilitation and reform programmes that the National Committee implements in partnership with the relevant authorities. The ceremony recognises the efforts of inmates to develop themselves and to use their time in custody for education and rehabilitation, thereby helping to enable them to return to society as productive individuals prepared for life after release.
