The National Committee's branch in the Northern Borders Region, in cooperation with the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation, implemented the “Made by Our Hands” initiative for the families of inmates, with the aim of developing their professional and craft skills and enabling them to enter the labour market. The initiative included three practical training workshops designed to provide the female participants with skills in a variety of handicraft fields, thereby contributing to strengthening home-based production, creating self-employment opportunities and achieving economic empowerment.
