The National Committee's branch in the Qassim Region, in cooperation with the General Directorate of Prisons and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, delivered the “A Step Towards Balance” programme for male and female inmates in the region's correctional facilities. The programme focused on regulating emotions and addressing negative thinking patterns. It contributed to supporting psychological stability and strengthening self-management skills.
