The National Committee's branch in the Tabuk Region organised an awareness programme entitled “Emotional Management for Female Inmates” in cooperation with the General Directorate of Prisons. The programme aims to promote mental health within the correctional environment and to help participants acquire effective skills for dealing with emotions, understanding stress and improving their ability to control their reactions.
