The National Committee's branch in the Qassim Region delivered the "Start Afresh" programme for released persons, as part of the "Quality of Life" programmes for inmates, in cooperation with the General Directorate of Prisons in the Qassim Region and Ta'aluf Association. The programme aims to prepare released persons in various personal, social and economic areas, as well as to provide continued support after their release to strengthen their integration into society.
