The National Committee's branch in the Al-Baha Region delivered a training programme entitled "Skills for Coping with Work Pressure", targeting working women from inmates' families. The programme aimed to enable them to manage their emotions and apply effective strategies to cope with work pressure, with tools that can be used directly in the workplace.
