The National Committee's branch in the Al-Baha Region, in partnership with the General Directorate of Prisons in the region, delivered "Binaa" (Building), a rehabilitative and developmental programme targeting male and female inmates. The programme focuses on strengthening the spiritual, behavioural and psychological aspects, and developing self-awareness and emotional control, contributing to positive preparation for the post-release stage.
