The National Committee's branch in the Qassim Region, in cooperation with the General Directorate of Prisons, delivered the "Self-Development" programme at Buraidah Prison. The programme covered a number of development themes, including the importance of setting personal goals, self-control and managing emotions, and problem-solving methods, as well as developing constructive dialogue skills, helping to enhance self-awareness and foster positive behaviour.
