The National Committee's branch in the Makkah Region, in cooperation with the General Directorate of Prisons and the General Organization for Social Insurance, organised an introductory workshop entitled “Inmate's Family Members Benefit” for inmates, with the aim of introducing the services and benefits available to inmates' families and how to access them. The workshop covered the main programmes and benefits available, eligibility conditions and application methods, helping to raise inmates' awareness of their families' social rights and the support provided to them during the period of incarceration.
