The National Committee's branch in the Al-Baha Region, in cooperation with the General Directorate of Prisons and the Human Resources Development Fund (HADAF), held a workshop entitled “The Professional Future Between Anxiety and Planning” for inmates, as part of the “Beginning: Rehabilitation and Vocational Empowerment of Inmates” initiative. The workshop addressed the concept of career anxiety and its main causes, as well as identifying abilities and skills, determining suitable career directions, preparing an initial career plan, and setting goals and practical steps to achieve them, helping to enhance inmates' readiness for the labour market and turn anxiety about the future into a motivation for planning and action.
