The National Committee's branch in the Al-Baha Region, in cooperation with the General Directorate of Prisons and the Human Resources Development Fund (HADAF), held a workshop entitled “Wheel of a Balanced Life” for inmates, as part of the “Beginning: Rehabilitation and Vocational Empowerment of Inmates” initiative. The workshop addressed the concept of balance in life, its importance and its various areas, as well as assessing aspects of life and identifying priorities and the aspects that need improvement, helping to enhance self-awareness and support inmates' readiness to integrate into the labour market after their release.
