Enforcement Request Termination Service
An electronic service that enables the beneficiary (the enforcement applicant) to submit a request to terminate the enforcement deed due to reconciliation, waiver, or other reasons for termination.
- Open the link
- Log in to the Najiz portal using your National Single Sign-On account
- Select "All Electronic Services"
- Select the "Enforcement" package
- Access the "Enforcement Request Termination Service"
- Click the "Submit a New Request" icon
- Select the enforcement request whose deed you wish to terminate
- Click "Terminate the Enforcement Deed"
- Specify the reason
- Save and submit
- Confirm the request termination
- A valid power of attorney, if the applicant is an agent for the beneficiary or one of the parties to the enforcement request
- A valid guardianship deed, if the applicant is a guardian of the beneficiary
- The request status is "Under Enforcement" or "Enforced"
- The applicant must be the enforcement applicant, an agent thereof, or acting on behalf of a legal entity
