Urgent Lawsuits
An electronic service that enables the beneficiary to submit a lawsuit related to the substance of the dispute - within the period specified by law - in which there is a fear of the loss of a right and the occurrence of harm.

- Log in to the Najiz portal with the National Single Sign-On (Nafath) account
- Select all electronic services
- Select the (Judiciary) package
- Access the (Statement of Claim) service
- Click the (Submit new request) icon
- Enter the lawsuit classification and review the lawsuit requirements الدعوى*
- Enter the lawsuit data and its parties
- Attach the required documents
- Click the (Submit request) icon
- A valid power of attorney that includes a pleading clause, if the applicant is an agent for the beneficiary or among the parties to the case
- A valid guardianship deed, if the applicant is a guardian of the beneficiary
- A national ID, valid residence permit, visitor ID, or Umrah-performer ID
- The national address
- The ID of the plaintiff and the defendant
- The statutory articles associated with the service in the Commercial Courts Law and its executive regulations, the Sharia Procedures Law and its executive regulations, the Criminal Procedures Law and its executive regulations, and the Appeal Regulations
- The service does not require visiting the court
