Intervention Request
An electronic service that enables the beneficiary (whoever considers themselves concerned with the case) to request intervention in a lawsuit by joining one of the litigants or seeking a judgment for themselves with a request connected to the lawsuit.
- Access the link
- Log in to the Najiz portal with the National Single Sign-On (Nafath) account
- Select all electronic services
- Select the (Judiciary) package
- Access the (Intervention Request) service
- Click the (Submit new request) icon
- Select the case to be entered into
- Select the requests
- Add a new request
- Select (Intervention Request)
- Enter the request data
- Click the (Submit request) icon
- The beneficiary is notified by text message with the request number
- Knowledge of the data of the case to be intervened in
- Fill in the content of the request
- The case status is under consideration
- The statutory articles associated with the service in the Commercial Courts Law and its executive regulations, the Sharia Procedures Law and its executive regulations, the Criminal Procedures Law and its executive regulations, and the Appeal Regulations
- The service does not require visiting the court
