View the Sessions Calendar
An electronic service that enables the beneficiary to view the calendar of judicial sessions.
- Access the link
- Log in to the Najiz portal with the National Single Sign-On (Nafath) account
- Select all electronic services
- Select the (Judiciary) package
- Access the (Cassation request) service
- Click the (Submit new request) icon
- Select the case for which cassation of the issued judgment is to be requested
- Select (Requests)
- Add (New request)
- Select (Cassation request)
- Enter the request data
- Click the (Submit request) icon
- The beneficiary is notified by text message with the request number
- A valid power of attorney that includes a pleading clause, if the applicant is an agent for the beneficiary
- A valid guardianship deed, if the applicant is a guardian of the beneficiary
- A case whose status is under consideration
- A scheduled session
