Treatment Request
The service enables citizens to obtain electronically a recommendation for treatment at care centers (Eradah).
- Access the link
- Log in to the Riyadh Region Governorate portal
- Go to all services from the electronic services menu
- Select the treatment request service
- Enter all the required data and submit the request
- After applying for the service, you will be notified of the transaction number once the request is submitted
- Fill in the required data (patient name - type of treatment)
- Request details and attach a medical report on the condition
- A copy of the applicant's national ID
- Consent to adding the applicant's personal data and sharing it with the relevant authorities
- Attach documents proving the validity thereof
- A copy of the applicant's national ID
