View and Pay Electricity Bills
An electronic service that enables users to easily view and pay electricity bill details through the official "Electricity" (Alkahraba) app. Subscribers can track their monthly consumption and receive notifications as soon as the bill is issued. The service is provided electronically around the clock through smart devices.
- Download the "Electricity" (Alkahraba) app from the app store (App Store or Google Play)
- Log in using the subscriber's account data or create a new account
- Select "My Bills" from the main menu
- View the monthly bill in detail
- Select the appropriate payment method and complete the payment process
- The user must have an active account with the Saudi Electricity Company
- An internet connection is available to use the app
- The device used must be supported by modern operating systems
- The account or meter number registered with the company
- Download the "Electricity" (Alkahraba) app on a smart device
- An active electronic payment method (such as mada, Visa, or mada Atheer)
