Sponsorship of the Needy

• The applicant must be Saudi
• The applicant must be a Social Security beneficiary
• The applicant must be in the ruling of a Saudi (a displaced person or one with an unresolved case at the Ministry of Interior, with recent proof not exceeding six months)
• The applicant must be the breadwinner of his family
• The applicant must have resided in Bahr Abu Sukaynah Center, Khaym Center, or their suburbs for six months or more, verified by the following:
• a. A statement from the schools
• b. The lease contract
• c. Proof of residence ownership
• The applicant must be within the society's service scope
• The applicant must meet the relative-weight calculation condition
• His signature on the accuracy of the information; if it is proven inaccurate, the society may take statutory measures against him
• He must not be an employee (male or female)
• He must not be registered with another society providing the same services
• The applicant must be forty years of age or older
• The applicant must reside in an independent home with dependents, with orphans and households without a breadwinner excepted
• He must be among those eligible for Zakat
• The applicant must have dependents, with the following excepted:
• a. Orphans
• b. Widows and divorcees, provided she is forty years of age or older
• Required documents:
• 1. Original national ID
• 2. Original family register
• 3. A recent statement of the head of household's and spouse's income (Social Security – Social Insurance – Comprehensive Rehabilitation)
• 4. Proof of home residence
• 5. Completion of the pledge form and signing it as prepared
• 6. A recent statement from Social Security showing the amount received and the names of dependents, not exceeding one month old
• 7. A statement proving occupation and marital status (printout from Civil Affairs, Tawakkalna, or Absher)
• 8. Bank account IBAN
• 9. A bank statement for the last three months with a declaration of no other bank accounts
• Additional documents required from a widow, divorcee, separated woman, and families of an absentee:
• 1. Husband's death certificate (original for verification)
• 2. Inheritance inventory deed (original for verification)
• 3. Bring proof of (non-marriage, her being separated, husband's absence, and supporting the children); proof of absence is from the court (proof of the absentee from the court)
• 4. A statement from Civil Affairs (original for verification)

Additional documents for prisoners' families:

• 1. A document confirming continued imprisonment

Additional documents for orphans:

• 1. The father's death certificate
• 2. Inheritance inventory deed
• 3. Custody or guardianship deed
• 4. A power of attorney issued by the Notary Public
